NYC Rules on Language Services and Rights

Preferred Credit, Inc. offers language access services in Spanish
to consumers in connection with the opening, servicing, management, and collection of their account.

Spanish language services are available for:

  • Assistance and communications related to account applications and account opening;
  • Required consumer disclosures and account-related documents;
  • Customer Service assistance and communications;
  • Access to the company website and customer portal;
  • Account management and payment assistance communications;
  • Delinquency, hardship, and collection communications;
  • Dispute, complaint, claim, and error-resolution assistance and communications; and
  • Other consumer-directed communications and account-related documents.
